2023–24 Northern Arizona Lumberjacks Women's Basketball Team
The 2023–24 Northern Arizona Lumberjacks women's basketball team represented Northern Arizona University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Lumberjacks, led by seventh-year head coach Loree Payne, split their home games between Rolle Activity Center and Findlay Toyota Court in Flagstaff, Arizona as members of the Big Sky Conference. The Lumberjacks finished the season 25–10, 15–3 in Big Sky play, to finish in second place. They defeated Sacramento State and Montana, before falling to top-seeded Eastern Washington in the Big Sky tournament championship game. They received an automatic bid into the WNIT, where they would fall to South Dakota in the second round. Walkup Skydome
The J. Lawrence Walkup Skydome is an indoor multipurpose stadium in the southwestern United States, located on the campus of Northern Arizona University (NAU) in Flagstaff, Arizona. It is primarily used as the home of the NAU Lumberjacks football and both men's and women's basketball teams of the Big Sky Conference. The Eastern Washington Eagles women's basketball team represents Eastern Washington University in Cheney, Washington. The team competes in the Big Sky Conference. History Eastern Washington began Division I play in 1982. They have qualified for the NCAA Division I Tournament twice: in 1987 after winning the Mountain West Athletic Conference (MWAC) tournament, and in 2024 after winning the Big Sky regular season and tournament titles. Crean Lutheran High School
Crean Lutheran High School is a private Lutheran high school in Irvine, California. The school was founded in 2007 as Lutheran South High School and had its initial campus at St. Paul's Greek Orthodox Church in the Woodbridge neighborhood of Irvine. In 2010, Crean Lutheran opened its own campus in southeastern Irvine near the Woodbury neighborhood. The school was renamed after John and Donna Crean, local philanthropists who donated to the school in its first year.
