The 2023–24 First League of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina was the 24th season of the First League of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the second tier football league of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The season began on 12 August 2023 and ended on 9 June 2024. Sloboda Tuzla were crowned champions, winning their second championship title and earning promotion to the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Banovići ( sr-cyrl, Бановићи) is a town and municipality located in the Tuzla Canton, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Srebrenik ( sr-cyrl, Сребреник) is a city located in Tuzla Canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is located in northeastern Bosnia and Herzegovina, near Tuzla. Omladinski Fudbalski Klub Gradina Srebrenik is a professional association football club from the city of Srebrenik that is situated in the northeastern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Bilino Polje is the home football stadium of Bosnian Premier League football club NK Čelik from the city of Zenica in Bosnia and Herzegovina and one of two stadiums of the national football team of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
