2023 Maui Invitational
The 2023 Maui Invitational Tournament was an early-season college basketball tournament that is the 40th edition of the tournament as part of the 2023–24 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The tournament was originally scheduled to be played at the Lahaina Civic Center in Maui, Hawaii from November 20 to 22, 2023. However, due to the Hawaii wildfires in and around Maui, the event was relocated to the Stan Sheriff Center on the campus of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa in Honolulu. It was the first year with insurance company Allstate as the main sponsor. 2023–24 Purdue Boilermakers Men's Basketball Team
The 2023–24 Purdue Boilermakers men's basketball team represented Purdue University in the 2023–24 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. Their head coach is Matt Painter, who was in his 19th season with the Boilermakers. The Boilermakers played their home games at Mackey Arena in West Lafayette, Indiana as members of the Big Ten Conference. With their win over Michigan State on March 2, 2024, Purdue clinched a share of their 26th Big Ten regular season championship. The 2023–24 Syracuse Orange men's basketball team represented Syracuse University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Orange were led by first-year head coach Adrian Autry and played their home games at JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse, New York as eleventh-year members of the Atlantic Coast Conference. The Orange won their first three games of the season before participating in the Maui Invitational.
