2023 FIBA 3x3 World Cup – Women's Tournament
The 2023 FIBA 3x3 World Cup was held in Vienna, Austria from 30 May to 4 June 2023, and contested by 20 teams. The United States women's national 3x3 team, United States win their third title, after defeated France in the final. While Australia captured bronze. Qualified teams All five FIBA zones were represented. The top 20 teams, including the hosts, based on the FIBA National Federation ranking qualified for the tournament. Katherine Plouffe (born September 15, 1992) is a Canadian basketball player for Tango Bourges Basket and the Canadian national team, where she participated at the 2014 FIBA World Championship. Paige Crozon (born July 5, 1994) is a Canadian basketball player for the national women’s 3x3 team. Career Crozon represented Canada at the 2011 Pan American Games in Mexico. Crozon started her 3x3 career in 2019. Crozon was part of the Canadian team that won the FIBA 3×3 Women's Series in 2022 and 2023. In May 2024, Crozon led Team Canada to Olympic qualification. Alex Brooke "Ally" Wilson (born 21 March 1994) is an Australian professional basketball player for the Mandurah Magic of the NBL1 West. Career WNBL Wilson debuted in the Women's National Basketball League (WNBL) in the 2010–11 season for the Adelaide Lightning.
