2023 Big Ten Men's Lacrosse Tournament
The 2023 Big Ten men's lacrosse tournament was held from April 29 to May 6, 2023. All six teams participated in the tournament while the top two teams in the regular season standings received first round byes. The first round matches were held on the campus of the higher seed teams, and the semifinals and final matches will be held at the Homewood Field in Baltimore, Maryland. The seeds were determined based on the teams' regular season conference record. Michigan Wolverines men's lacrosse, Michigan defeated Maryland Terrapins men's lacrosse, Maryland 15-4 to win the tournament. This was Michigan's first Big Ten men's lacrosse tournament, Big Ten Conference tournament championship, as a result they received the Big Ten Conference's automatic bid to the 2023 NCAA Division I Men's Lacrosse Championship. Big Ten Conference Men's Lacrosse Tournament
The Big Ten Conference's men's lacrosse tournament started in 2015 in the first year the conference sponsored men's lacrosse. Until 2019, the top four teams from the regular season qualified for the tournament. From 2021 tournament, all six teams advance to the tournament while top 2 teams are given a bye to the semifinals. The winner of the tournament receives the conference's automatic bid into the NCAA Men's Lacrosse Championship.
