The 2022–23 UNC Wilmington Seahawks men's basketball team represented the University of North Carolina Wilmington in the 2022–23 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. Takayo Siddle
Takayo Lemont Siddle (born May 25, 1986) is an American basketball coach (basketball), coach who is the current head coach of the UNC Wilmington Seahawks men's basketball team. Playing career Siddle was a basketball standout at John Motley Morehead High School in Eden, North Carolina, averaging 27.0 points, 6.0 assists and 2.0 steals per game as a senior. He attended Hargrave Military Academy in 2004–05 and helped the team reach the prep school championship game. Siddle played college basketball at Gardner–Webb Runnin' Bulldogs men's basketball, Gardner–Webb under Rick Scruggs. As a sophomore, Siddle averaged 8.6 points per game. 2021–22 Drake Bulldogs Men's Basketball Team
The 2021–22 Drake Bulldogs men's basketball team represented Drake University during the 2021–22 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Bulldogs were led by fourth-year head coach Darian DeVries. They played their home games at the Knapp Center in Des Moines, Iowa as members of the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC). They finished the regular season 22–9, 13–5 in MVC play to finish in a tie for second place. As the No. 3 seed in the MVC tournament, they defeated Southern Illinois in the quarterfinals and Missouri State in the semifinals before losing to Loyola in the championship. The Bulldogs accepted an invitation to the College Basketball Invitational and earned the No. 1 overall seed. Apex () is a town in Wake County, North Carolina, United States. At its southern border, Apex encompasses the community of Friendship. In 1994, the downtown area was designated a historic district, and the Apex train depot, built in 1867, is designated a Wake County landmark. Ole Miss Rebels Men's Basketball
The Ole Miss Rebels men's basketball team represents the University of Mississippi in the sport of basketball. The Rebels compete in the NCAA Division I and the Southeastern Conference (SEC). They started the 2015–16 season playing home games at Tad Smith Coliseum on the university's Oxford campus, but played their final game in that facility on December 22, 2015.
