2022–23 Tulane Green Wave Men's Basketball Team
The 2022–23 Tulane Green Wave men's basketball team represented Tulane University during the 2022–23 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Green Wave, led by fourth-year head coach Ron Hunter, played their home games at Devlin Fieldhouse in New Orleans, Louisiana as members of the American Athletic Conference. They finished the season with a record of 20–11, including 12–6 in AAC Play, which placed them 3rd. They defeated Wichita State in the quarterfinals of the AAC tournament before losing in the semifinals to Memphis. Previous season The Green Wave went 14–15, 10–8 in AAC Play to finish in 5th place. Ron Hunter
Ronald Eugene Hunter (born April 7, 1964) is an American college basketball coach and the men's basketball head coach of the Tulane University Green Wave. His son, R. J. Hunter, was a first-round NBA draft pick for the Boston Celtics. High school Hunter attended and played for Chaminade Julienne High School in Dayton, Ohio from 1978 to 1982. Coaching career IUPUI From 1994 to 2011, Hunter served as the head coach at IUPUI. Under his direction, the team advanced from an NAIA program to NCAA Division I. In its third season as a Division I program, Hunter led IUPUI to its first, and thus far only, NCAA tournament appearance in 2003. The Vanderbilt Commodores men's basketball team represents Vanderbilt University in the Southeastern Conference (SEC). The Commodores have won three SEC regular-season titles (1965, 1974 and 1993) and two SEC Tournament championships (1951 and 2012). Brentwood School is an independent, secular, coeducational day school with two campuses located four blocks apart in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, United States. History Brentwood Military Academy was founded by Mary McDonnell in 1902.
