2022–23 Pro A Season
The 2022–23 Pro A season, known as Betclic Élite due to sponsorship from online gambling company Betclic, was the 101st season of the Pro A, the top basketball league in France organised by the Ligue Nationale de Basket (LNB). The regular season began on 23 September 2022 and ended on 16 May 2023. Via promotion and relegation with LNB Pro B, SLUC Nancy Basket and ADA Blois Basket 41 joined the league, replacing Orléans Loiret and Champagne Châlons Reims. The regular season began on 1 October 2021 and the play-offs finished on 25 June 2022. Via promotion and relegation with LNB Pro B, Fos Provence Basket (Fos-sur-mer) and Paris Basketball joined the league, replacing Élan Chalon and Boulazac Basket Dordogne. Abeille des Aydes Blois Basket 41, commonly known as ADA Blois, is a professional basketball based in Blois, France. The club plays in the Pro A, which is the top tier of basketball in the country. History Created in 1907 under the name Abeille des Aydes, the club would first allow the practice of gymnastics and shooting. It is after the war that one begins to practice basketball there.
