2022–23 Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Men's Basketball Team
The 2022–23 Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns men's basketball team represented the University of Louisiana at Lafayette during the 2022–23 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Ragin' Cajuns, led by 13th-year head coach Bob Marlin, played their home games at the Cajundome as members of the Sun Belt Conference. They finished the season 26–8, 13–5 in Sun Belt play to finish in a tie for second place. As the No. 2 seed in the Sun Belt tournament, they defeated Georgia Southern, Texas State, and South Alabama to win the tournament championship. As a result, they received the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament as the No. 13 seed in the East region. Then they lost to Tennessee in the first round. Bob Marlin
Robert Lee Marlin (born March 5, 1959) is an American college basketball coach who is the former head men's basketball coach for the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns men’s basketball team. He was relieved of his coaching duties on December 19, 2024. Previously, he was the head coach at Sam Houston State from 1998 to 2010. Early life and education Born in Tupelo, Mississippi, Marlin graduated from Mississippi State University in 1981 with a B.S. in physical education. Marlin completed a master's degree in health and physical education at Northeast Louisiana University (now the University of Louisiana at Monroe) in 1983. Ole Miss Rebels Men's Basketball
The Ole Miss Rebels men's basketball team represents the University of Mississippi in the sport of basketball. The Rebels compete in the NCAA Division I and the Southeastern Conference (SEC). They started the 2015–16 season playing home games at Tad Smith Coliseum on the university's Oxford campus, but played their final game in that facility on December 22, 2015. 2021–22 Georgia State Panthers Men's Basketball Team
The 2021–22 Georgia State Panthers men's basketball team represented Georgia State University during the 2021–22 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Panthers, led by third-year head coach Rob Lanier, played their home games at the GSU Sports Arena in Atlanta, Georgia as members of the Sun Belt Conference.
