Central Coast Mariners FC
Central Coast Mariners Football Club is an Australian professional soccer club based in Gosford, on the Central Coast of New South Wales. It competes in the A-League Men, under licence from the Australian Professional Leagues (APL). The Mariners were founded in 2004 and are one of the eight original A-League teams. It is the first professional sports club from the Gosford region to compete in a national competition. Despite being considered one of the smallest-market clubs in the league, the Central Coast Mariners have claimed one A-League Championship from four Grand Final appearances and topped the table to win the A-League Premiership twice. The club has also appeared in the AFC Champions League five times. Danny Vukovic
Daniel Vukovic ( ; born 27 March 1985) is an Australian professional soccer player who plays as a goalkeeper for Central Coast Mariners in the A-League and the Australia national team. Vukovic is the holder of several A-League records: he has the second most clean sheets of any goalkeeper in the A-League (87), he is the only goalkeeper to score in the A-League. Club career Central Coast Mariners Vukovic has previously played for Bonnyrigg White Eagles and Parramatta Power. Jacob Brett Farrell (born 19 November 2002) is an Australian professional footballer who plays as a left back for Central Coast Mariners. Club career Central Coast Mariners Farrell signed a senior contract with Central Coast Mariners in November 2021, aged eighteen, after 6 years with the Central Coast Mariners Academy. He made his first-team debut for the Mariners in a win over Blacktown City in the 2021 FFA Cup on 13 November 2021. Storm Roux
Storm James Roux ( ; born 13 January 1993) is a New Zealand international footballer who plays as a right back for A-League Men club Central Coast Mariners and the New Zealand national team. Roux played youth football with Sorrento, Football West National Training Centre and Perth Glory youth before making his professional debut with Perth Glory. Dylan Wenzel-Halls (born 15 December 1997) is an Australian footballer who plays as a striker for Central Coast Mariners in the A-League. Harrison James Steele (born 12 October 2002) is an Australian professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Central Coast Mariners. Béni Nkololo (born 6 November 1996) is a French professional footballer who plays as a winger for Saudi First Division League club Al-Orobah. Matheus Celestino Moresche Rodrigues (born 24 June 1998), commonly known as Moresche, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a forward for Iraq Stars League club Naft Al-Basra.
