2022 Clásica De San Sebastián
The 2022 Clásica de San Sebastián was a road bicycle racing, road cycling one-day race that took place on 30 July 2022 in San Sebastián, Spain. It was the 41st edition of the Clásica de San Sebastián and the 24th event of the 2022 UCI World Tour. The pre-race favourites included Remco Evenepoel and Tadej Pogačar, with the field split between riders looking to carry their 2022 Tour de France, Tour de France form into the event, and others using the race to build toward events later in the year. The race began on flat terrain, with the second half of the route mountainous and favouring those riders stronger at climbing. The 2022 UCI World Tour was a series of races that included thirty-one road bicycle racing, road cycling events throughout the 2022 in men's road cycling, 2022 cycling season. The tour started with the 2022 UAE Tour, UAE Tour on 20 February, and concluded with the 2022 Il Lombardia, Il Lombardia on 8 October. Events The 2022 calendar was announced in the autumn of 2021. Mattias Skjelmose Jensen (born 26 September 2000) is a Danish professional cyclist who rides for UCI WorldTeam .
