2021–22 Kategoria E Parë
The 2021–22 Kategoria e Parë was the 74th official season of the Albanian football second-tier since its establishment. The season began on 11 September 2021 and ended on 7 May 2022. There were 16 teams competing this season. The winning and runner-up teams gained promotion to the 2022-23 Kategoria Superiore. The promotion play-offs winner played a promotion play-off match against the 8th ranked team of the 2021–22 Kategoria Superiore. Bylis and Erzeni were promoted to the 2022–23 Kategoria Superiore. Butrinti, Maliqi, Pogradeci, Shkumbini and Vora were relegated to the 2022–23 Kategoria e Dytë. FK Partizani Tirana B
KF Partizani B is the B team of Albanian football club Partizani. History Partizani reserves (1948–1949) On 3 October 1948, the Albanian Football Association launched a new format for the Albanian Superliga and Albanian First Division as they adopted the western format of an autumn to spring league competition. A reserve team representing Partizani Tirana was created following this announcement, and they competed in 1948–49 Albanian First Division, where they won their first 5 games in a row before the competition was cancelled on 31 March 1949 by the Albanian Football Association due to Soviet pressure to leave the western format and return to the Soviet league format. KF Oriku
Klubi i Futbollit Oriku is an Albanian association football, football club based in the town of Orikum. They last competed in Kategoria e Dytë during the 2023–24 Kategoria e Dytë, 2023–24 season, finishing fourth in Group B. Flamurtari FC
Flamurtari Football Club is an Albanian professional football club based in Vlorë, Albania. The club plays in the Kategoria Superiore, which is the first tier of football in the country. Founded in 1923, the club is one of the oldest in Albania, also being one of its most successful clubs, having won one Albanian Superliga title in 1991, four Albanian Cups, and two Albanian Supercups. Klubi i Futbollit Elbasani was an Albanian professional football club based in the city of Elbasan, that last competed in the Kategoria e Dytë, the third tier of football in the country. History The club was formed in 1929 as Klubi i Futbollit Urani Elbasan, the result of the fusion between two clubs, ''Afërdita Elbasan'' and ''Përparimi Elbasan''. Kategoria e Dytë is the third tier of professional football in Albania’s league system. Known as the Second Division since the 2004–05 season, it consists of 23 teams split into two geographically-based groups. The winners of each group secure promotion to Kategoria e Parë and face off in the final to determine the season’s overall champion. Football Club Dinamo City, commonly referred to as Dinamo City and colloquially known as Dinamo, is an Albanian professional football club based out of Tirana. Kategoria Superiore (), also known as Abissnet Superiore for sponsorship reasons with internet service provider, Abissnet, is a professional league for men's association football clubs in Albania. At the top of the Albanian football league system, it is the country's premier football competition. It is contested by 10 clubs, and operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Kategoria e Parë. Seasons run from August to May, with teams playing 36 matches each (playing each team in the league four times, twice at home and twice away). 2022–23 Kategoria E Dytë
The 2022-23 Kategoria e Dytë was the 51st official season of the Albanian football third division since its establishment. There were 23 teams competing this season, split in 2 groups. The winners of the groups played the league's final against each other and also gained promotion to the 2023–24 Kategoria e Parë. Teams ranked from the 2nd to the 5th position qualified to the play-off round where the winners played against the 9th and 10th ranked teams in the 2022–23 Kategoria e Parë. Elbasani and Vora were promoted to the 2023–24 Kategoria e Parë. Vora won their third Kategoria e Dytë title after beating Elbasani in the final match.
