2021–22 Harrogate Town A.F.C. Season
The 2021–22 season was Harrogate Town's 108th year in their history and second consecutive season in League Two. Along with the league, the club also competed in the FA Cup, the EFL Cup and the EFL Trophy. The season covers the period from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. Pre-season friendlies Harrogate Town announced they will play friendly matches against Huddersfield Town, Brighouse Town, Newcastle United U23s, Rotherham United, Sunderland, Darlington and Doncaster Rovers as part of their pre-season preparations. Harrogate ( ) is a spa town and the administrative centre of the Borough of Harrogate in North Yorkshire, England. Darlington is a market town in the Borough of Darlington, County Durham, England. The River Skerne flows through the town; it is a tributary of the River Tees. Warren Matthew Burrell (born 3 June 1990) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defender for club Harrogate Town. Career Burrell began his career with Mansfield Town, making his debut at the age of 17. After being released aged 19, he signed for Harrogate Town.
