Danish Women's League
The Danish Women's League () is a professional top-flight league for women's football in Denmark. It is organised by the Danish Football Association (DBU) as part of the nation-wide Danmarksturneringen i kvindefodbold (Kvinde-DM) and is placed as the first division of the Danish football league system. Clubs in the league must meet certain criteria concerning appropriate facilities and finances. All of the league's clubs qualify for the proper rounds of the Danish Women's Cup, DBU KvindePokalen. The top teams of each season qualify for the UEFA Women's Champions League. The division has changed its name on several occasions. Vejlby Stadium also known as Pistolero Park () is an association football facility in Risskov, Denmark. It is the home stadium of 3rd Division club VSK Aarhus which is a merger between the former tenants of the stadium, IK Skovbakken and Vejlby IK. KoldingQ
Kolding IF Women is a women's football club from Kolding, Denmark, playing in Elitedivisionen, the premier Danish women's football league. The club is currently playing in the Danish top division, the Elitedivisionen, and they play their home matches at the Kolding Stadium. The team was previously named KoldingQ. History The club was established on 1 August 2009 as a cooperation between the women's department of Nr. Bjært Strandhuse IF and Kolding Boldklub. The goal of the new club was to become the best town regarding women's football and to be one of the top teams in the premier Danish women's football league Elitedivisionen.
