2021 Women's EuroHockey Indoor Club Cup
The 2021 Women's EuroHockey Indoor Club Cup was scheduled to be the 32nd edition of the Women's EuroHockey Indoor Club Cup, Europe's premier women's club indoor hockey tournament organized by the European Hockey Federation. It was supposed to be held at the Topsportcentrum in Almere, Netherlands from 12 to 14 February 2021. On 3 November 2020, it was announced all EuroHockey Indoor Club Championships were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Europe. Teams Participating clubs qualified based on their country's final rankings from the 2020 competition. The champions from the top six countries from last year's edition together with the top two from the 2020 EuroHockey Indoor Club Trophy were qualified. Belgium and Switzerland were the two promoted countries that replaced Austria and England. 2021 Euro Hockey League Women
The 2021 Euro Hockey League Women was the first edition of the Euro Hockey League Women, Europe's premier women's club field hockey tournament, organized by the European Hockey Federation. It was held alongside the men's tournament behind closed doors at the Wagener Stadium in Amstelveen, Netherlands from 3 to 5 April 2021. The tournament was originally scheduled to be held with eight teams from six countries. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions in the Netherlands the tournament was reduced to four teams with the four original seeded teams qualifying. Topsportcentrum (Almere)
The Topsportcentrum is an indoor sports arena, located in Almere, Netherlands. Designed by architectural studio ZJA, it opened on the 7th of October in 2007. Its operator is the city of Almere and its main hall has a capacity of 3,000 people. The sports it is used most for are volleyball and basketball, with VC Allvo and Almere Pioneers use the venue as their home arena. The hall was finished in 2007 and costed €14 million. From 2007 until 2013, the hall was used for the final of the NBB Cup, the main cup competition for men's basketball teams.
