Tissot Velodrome
The Velodrome Suisse is an indoor velodrome in Grenchen, Switzerland. The hall covers an area of 8000 square meters and has a capacity for 1800 spectators. The velodrome itself is meters long, made of Siberian spruce wood and is applied according to the UCI standards. The banked curve is 46% steep and includes a vertical drop of 7 meters. The velodrome primary serves as a training center for the Swiss team and for the junior selection, but the track is also available to recreational cyclists. The interior consists of three different surfaces, which can also be used for other sports, fairs and concerts but also for cultural and economic events. In addition, the Velodrome Suisse houses a gym, a training center with medical and physio practice, the BMC Concept Store, Restaurant and Catering, and 30 hotel beds. Eukene Larrarte
Eukene Larrarte (born 13 September 1998) is a Spanish cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team . She initially played football, before switching to compete in cycling and joined the local team ''Gipuzkoa Ogi Berri.'' In 2016, Larrarte won her first Spanish championship title, when she won the team pursuit together with Ane Iriarte, Ziortza Isasi and Irene Usabiaga. In 2017 she won the national Madison championship with Leire Olaberria, followed by successive titles in 2018 and 2019 with Tania Calvo. She also won the 2019 Spanish omnium championships. Maddie (Madelaine) Leech (born 4 May 2003) is an English international cyclist. In 2022, she represented England at the Commonwealth Games and won a bronze medal in the women's team pursuit. She was a two-time medalist at the 2025 UEC European Track Championships. She has ridden for UCI Women's Continental Team Lifeplus–Wahoo.
