The 2021 U23 World Wrestling Championships was the fourth edition of the U23 World Wrestling Championships of combined events and it was held from 1 to 7 November 2021 in Belgrade, Serbia. Ernazar Akmataliev (born 2 July 1998) is a Kyrgyzstani wrestler. He won the gold medal in the 70 kg event at the 2021 U23 World Wrestling Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia. He competed in the men's freestyle 65 kg event at the 2020 Summer Olympics, but lost the first match to Bajrang Punia. He won one of the bronze medals in the men's 70kg event at the 2022 World Wrestling Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia. Arman (November 17, 1928 – October 22, 2005) was a French and American artist. Born Armand Fernandez in Nice, France, Arman was a painter who moved from using objects for the ink or paint traces they leave (''cachets'', ''allures d'objet'') to using them as the artworks themselves. He is best known for his ''Accumulations'' and destruction/recomposition of objects. Early life and education Arman's father, Antonio Fernandez, an antiques dealer from Nice, was also an amateur artist, photographer, and cellist. From his father, Arman learned oil painting and photography.
