2020–21 Iowa State Cyclones Women's Basketball Team
The 2020–21 Iowa State Cyclones women's basketball team represented Iowa State University during the 2020–21 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Cyclones were coached by Bill Fennelly, who was in his 26th season at Iowa State. They played their home games at Hilton Coliseum in Ames, Iowa as members of the Big 12 Conference. Previous season The Cyclones finished the 2019–20 season 18–11, 10–8 in Big 12 play to finish in tie for fourth place. The Big 12 Tournament, NCAA women's basketball tournament and WNIT were all cancelled before they began due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Bill Fennelly
William Michael Fennelly (born May 14, 1957) is an American college basketball coach who is currently the head women's basketball coach at Iowa State University. Coaching career Assistant coach (1977–1986) While a student at William Penn College, Fennelly became a volunteer assistant coach with the William Penn women's basketball team in 1977. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in business administration and economics in 1979, Fennelly became a full-time assistant coach with William Penn. Fennelly moved up to the Division I level as an assistant coach at Fresno State from 1981 to 1986 and Notre Dame from 1986 to 1988. Toledo (1988–1995) At the University of Toledo, Fennelly was head coach from 1988 to 1995 and had a cumulative record of 166–53, with a .758 winning percentage that remains the best in the Mid-American Conference. Kasson ( ) is a city in Dodge County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 6,851 at the 2020 census. The city is located west of Rochester along U.S. Highway 14 and is one of the endpoints of Minnesota State Highway 57. Iowa City High School
Iowa City High School is a public high school in Iowa City, Iowa and is part of the Iowa City Community School District. The present high school was completed as part of the Public Works Projects started by President Franklin D. Roosevelt to provide jobs. The first classes were held in the fall of 1939. The previous high school building, built in 1909, was converted to a junior high school after the new building opened. It was located where Mercy Medical Plaza now stands. The Hill Academy
The Hill Academy is an independent school in Ontario, Canada, for student athletes in Grades K -12/PG with a focus on hockey, lacrosse and golf. It is co-ed, and serves grades K-12. History The Hill Academy was founded in 2006 by the Merrill family, for “dedicated student-athletes.” In 2006 it had 16 student-athletes and held classes at a conference center in Orangeville, Ontario, north-west of Toronto.
