2020 Paris–Roubaix (women's Race)
The 2020 Paris–Roubaix was a one-day road cycling race scheduled to take place on 12 April 2020, but was postponed to 25 October 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, on 9 October 2020, the race was cancelled due to an increase of coronavirus cases in France. It would have been the 118th edition of Paris–Roubaix and the 23rd event of the 2020 UCI World Tour. 2020 UCI World Tour
The 2020 UCI World Tour was a series of races that was scheduled to include thirty-six road bicycle racing, road cycling events throughout the 2020 in men's road cycling, 2020 cycling season. However, some of races were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The tour started with the opening stage of the 2020 Tour Down Under, Tour Down Under on 21 January, and concluded with the final stage of the 2020 Vuelta a España, Vuelta a España on 8 November. Events The 2020 calendar was initially announced in June 2019. In October 2019, the calendar was officially presented by the UCI. The 2019 Paris–Roubaix was a road bicycle racing, road cycling one-day race that took place on 14 April 2019 in France. It was the 117th edition of Paris–Roubaix and the 16th event of the 2019 UCI World Tour. It was won by Philippe Gilbert in a sprint ahead of Nils Politt, with Yves Lampaert finishing in third place. The 2021 Paris–Roubaix was a road cycling one-day race that took place on 3 October 2021 in France. It was the 118th edition of Paris–Roubaix and the 28th event of the 2021 UCI World Tour. Paris–Roubaix is a one-day professional bicycle road race in northern France, starting north of Paris and finishing in Roubaix, at the border with Belgium. It is one of cycling's oldest races, and is one of the 'Cycling monument, Monuments' or classics of the European calendar, and contributes points towards the UCI World Ranking.
