2019–20 UNC Wilmington Seahawks Men's Basketball Team
The 2019–20 UNC Wilmington Seahawks men's basketball team represented the University of North Carolina at Wilmington during the 2019–20 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Seahawks were led by interim head coach Rob Burke who took over for C. B. McGrath after an 0–6 start to conference play. They played their home games at Trask Coliseum as members of the Colonial Athletic Association. Point guard Kai Toews left the team in December to pursue professional opportunities. Previous season The Seahawks finished the 2018–19 season 10–23, 5–13 in CAA play to finish in last place. They defeated Elon in the quarterfinals of the CAA tournament before losing in the semifinals to Northeastern. Jackie Manuel
Jackie Kameron Manuel (born March 29, 1983) is an American basketball coach and former player who is an assistant coach at American University of the Patriot League. College career Born in West Palm Beach, Florida, Manuel gained notoriety as a defensive specialist for the North Carolina Tar Heels from 2001 to 2005. He started 85 out of 126 games for the Tar Heels. Manuel was also a tri-captain of UNC's 2005 National championship team. Professional career NBA D-League After not being selected in the 2005 NBA draft, Manuel was selected by the Los Angeles D-Fenders of the NBA Development League expansion draft. In 2005, he was injured most of the D-League season; he was signed by the Fayetteville Patriots but did not play one game due to injury. Mercer Bears Men's Basketball
The Mercer Bears men's basketball team represents Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, United States. The school's team competes in the Southern Conference. Arlington Country Day School (ACDS) was a private school in Jacksonville, Florida. A non-sectarian coeducational school, it offered a K-12 education and enrolled over 400 students a year. The Eastern Kentucky Colonels men's basketball team is a college basketball team at Eastern Kentucky University (EKU), located in Richmond, Kentucky, United States.
