2019–20 Swansea City A.F.C. Season
The 2019–20 season was Swansea City A.F.C., Swansea City's 100th season in the English football league system, and their second season back in the EFL Championship, Championship since 2010–11 Football League Championship, 2010–11 following relegation from the Premier League in the 2017–18 Premier League, 2017–18 season. Along with competing in the Championship, the club competed in the 2019–20 FA Cup, FA Cup and 2019–20 EFL Cup, EFL Cup losing in the third round of each respectively. The season covered the period from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020 but was extraordinarily extended to 30 July 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Nathan Dyer
Nathan Antony Jonah Dyer (born 29 November 1987) is an English former professional footballer who played as a winger, spending most of his career at Swansea City, where he made over 300 appearances. He started playing as a teenager at Southampton, making the first team. Joseph Peter Rodon (born 22 October 1997) is a Welsh professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for club Leeds United and the Wales national team.
