2019–20 Liverpool F.C. Season
The 2019–20 season was Liverpool Football Club's 128th season in existence and the club's 58th consecutive season in the top flight of English football. Liverpool also competed in the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup. The season was suspended from 13 March to 17 June due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 2018–19 UEFA Champions League
The 2018–19 UEFA Champions League was the 64th season of Europe's premier club football tournament organised by UEFA, and the 27th season since it was renamed from the European Champion Clubs' Cup to the UEFA Champions League. For the first time, the video assistant referee (VAR) system was used in the competition from the round of 16 onward. The 2018–19 Premier League was the 27th season of the Premier League, the top English professional league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 1992, and the 120th season of top-flight English football overall.
