2019 WAFF Women's Championship
The 2019 West Asian Football Federation Women's Championship was the 6th edition of the WAFF Women's Championship, the international women's football championship of Western Asia organised by the West Asian Football Federation (WAFF). It was held in Bahrain from 7 January to 15 January 2019. The tournament was won by Jordan for the fourth time, and Bahrain became the first host nation to not win the WAFF Women's Championship. Abeer Al-Nahar
Abeer Mahmoud Mubarak Al-Nahar (; born 13 February 1991) is a Jordanian international footballer who plays as a forward. Club career In May 2015 Al-Nahar played for Amman Club in a 5–3 win over rivals Shabab Al-Ordon, which secured the Jordan Women's Football League title. International career As a 15-year-old Al-Nahar was included in the Jordan national team squad who were beaten 13–0 by Japan at the 2006 Asian Games in Doha. Hanin Maher Tamim (; born 5 April 2000) is a Lebanese former footballer who played as a forward. She played 21 games for the Lebanon national team between 2018 and 2024, scoring eight goals.
