2019 UEFA Regions' Cup
The 2019 UEFA Regions' Cup was the 11th edition of the UEFA Regions' Cup, a football competition for amateur teams in Europe organized by UEFA. In the final, Lower Silesia from Poland defeated hosts Bavaria to become the second two-time Regions' Cup winners (joining Veneto from Italy), after winning their first title in 2007. Zagreb from Croatia were the title holders, but were eliminated in the intermediate round. Teams A total of 39 teams entered the tournament. Each of the 55 UEFA member associations could enter a regional amateur representative team which qualified through a national qualifying competition, or when applicable, their national amateur representative team. Associations were ranked according to their UEFA coefficients, computed based on results of the last three seasons (2013, 2015, 2017), to decide on the round their teams entered and their seeding pots in the preliminary and intermediate round draws. 2015 UEFA Regions' Cup
The 2015 UEFA Regions' Cup was the ninth UEFA Regions' Cup. Preliminary round The eight teams in the preliminary round have been drawn into two groups of four. Group A was played in Estonia, while Group B was played in Slovenia. Matches in the preliminary round were played between 23 and 27 July 2014 (Group A) and between 15 and 19 June 2014 (Group B). The two group winners advanced to the intermediary round. Torneo delle Regioni is an annual Italian football tournament for amateur teams which represent the Italian regions. It has been played since 1959 and, from 1998, the winner has taken part in the UEFA Regions' Cup. In 2010 it merged with Coppa Nazionale Primavera, an event for ''Allievi'' and ''Giovanissimi '' representative teams of Italian regions. The 2017–18 Spanish stage of the UEFA Regions' Cup was the 12th staging of Spanish stage of the UEFA Regions' Cup. The winners qualified for the 2019 UEFA Regions' Cup. Castile and León successfully defended their title. Competition format The eighteen teams joined the preliminary round, played as mini-tournaments with three teams in each group, where only the first qualified team advanced to further stages. The Munster Football Association (MFA) is the governing body for association football in the Irish province of Munster. It is affiliated to the Football Association of Ireland and is responsible for organising the Munster Senior Cup and the Munster Senior League as well as numerous other leagues and cup competitions for junior teams. There are 13 leagues and approximately 800 teams affiliated with the MFA. History The MFA was founded in October 1901 and affiliated to the Belfast–based Irish Football Association.
