2019 Three Days Of Bruges–De Panne (women's Race)
The second running of the women's event of the Three Days of Bruges–De Panne, also called Lotto Women Classic Bruges–De Panne, was held on 28 March 2019. The race started in Bruges and finished in De Panne with two loops between De Panne and Koksijde, totalling . It was the fourth leg of the 2019 UCI Women's World Tour. Defending champion Jolien D'Hoore did not compete after breaking her collar bone in the Drentse 8. The race was tightly controlled from the start and no breakaway managed to stay away. 2019 UCI Women's World Tour
The 2019 UCI Women's World Tour was a competition that included twenty-three road cycling events throughout the 2019 women's cycling season. It was the fourth edition of the ranking system launched by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) in 2016. The competition began with the Strade Bianche on 9 March and concluded with the Tour of Guangxi on 22 October. After just missing out in 2018, Marianne Vos () clinched her first UCI Women's World Tour title after a third-place finish in the final event of the season, the Tour of Guangxi. Emilia Fahlin (born 24 October 1988) is a Swedish road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team . Fahlin has won the Swedish National Road Race Championships four times (2008, 2013, 2018, 2023) and the Swedish National Time Trial Championships three times in a row from 2009 to 2011. Elisa Balsamo (born 27 February 1998) is an Italian road and track cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's World Team , and represents Italy at international competitions. After competing at the 2015 UCI Road World Championships in the women's junior road race she became junior world champion at the 2016 UCI Road World Championships in the junior's road race.
