2018–19 Western Football League
The 2018–19 Western Football League season (known as the 2018–19 Toolstation Western Football League for sponsorship reasons) is the 117th in the history of the Western Football League, a football competition in England. Teams are divided into two divisions; the Premier and the First. The constitution was announced on 25 May 2018. Premier Division The Premier Division consists of 20 clubs, the same as last season, after Street and Melksham Town were promoted to Southern League Division One South & West, and Longwell Green Sports and Wells City were relegated to the First Division. Four new clubs joined: * Plymouth Parkway, promoted from the South West Peninsula League. * Roman Glass St George, runners-up in the First Division. * Shortwood United, resigned from the Southern League West Division. *Westbury United, champions of the First Division. Willand is a village and civil parish within the Local Government district of Mid Devon, England. It is about north of Exeter and north of Cullompton. In 1991 the population was 3750 although recently this has grown considerably. The National Grid reference for the centre of the area is ST037110. ''Willand'' is a major part of Lower Culm electoral ward. The ward population at the 2011 Census was 5,808. The parish is surrounded, clockwise from the north, by the parishes of Halberton, Uffculme and Cullompton. Willand has probably had a settlement since the Iron Age but is first recorded in 1042 as having "belonged to Ethmar". It historically formed part of the Halberton Hundred. The church of St Mary the Virgin is medieval; it has a small tower and a chancel, nave and north aisle. Cribbs Causeway is both a road in South Gloucestershire, England, running north of the city of Bristol, and the adjacent area which is notable for its out-of-town shopping and leisure facilities.
