2018–19 TCU Horned Frogs Men's Basketball Team
The 2018–19 TCU Horned Frogs men's basketball team represented Texas Christian University in the 2018–19 NCAA Division I men's basketball season, led by head coach Jamie Dixon in his third season at TCU. The Horned Frogs competed as members of the Big 12 Conference and played their home games at Schollmaier Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. They finished the season 23–14, 7–11 to tie for 7th place. As the No. 8 seed in the Big 12 Tournament, they defeated Oklahoma State in the first round before losing to Kansas State in the quarterfinals. They received an at-large bid to the NIT where they defeated Sam Houston State, Nebraska and Creighton to advance to the semifinals where they lost to in conference member Texas. Jamie Dixon
James Patrick Dixon II (born November 10, 1965) is an American college basketball coach who is the head coach of the TCU Horned Frogs men's team, where he played college ball. He previously served as the head coach of the University of Pittsburgh men's basketball team from 2003 through 2016. In 2009, he was the head coach for the FIBA Under-19 2009 gold-medal winning United States national basketball team for which he was named the 2009 USA Basketball National Coach of the Year. Dixon was named Big East Coach of the Year in 2004, Naismith College Coach of the Year in 2009, Jim Phelan National Coach of the Year in 2010, and the ''Sporting News'' National Coach of the Year award in 2011. 2018 Big 12 Men's Basketball Tournament
The 2018 Phillips 66 Big 12 men's basketball tournament was a postseason men's basketball tournament for the Big 12 Conference. It was played from March 7 to 10, in Kansas City, Missouri at the Sprint Center. Kansas defeated West Virginia in the championship game to win the tournament and receive the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. The Jayhawks tournament win was later vacated by the NCAA due to recruiting violations. Seeding The Tournament consisted of a 10 team single-elimination tournament with the top 6 seeds receiving a bye. Chipola College

Yuat Kuol Alok (born 1 January 1997) is a South Sudanese-New Zealand professional basketball player for Homenetmen Beirut of the Lebanese Basketball League. He played college basketball in the United States for four different colleges between 2016 and 2022. He made his professional debut in 2022 in Cyprus with Enosis Neon Paralimni. Kenrich Lo Williams ( ; born December 2, 1994), nicknamed "Kenny Hustle", is an American professional basketball player for the Oklahoma City Thunder of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
