2018–19 Missouri Tigers Women's Basketball Team
The 2018–19 Missouri Tigers women's basketball team represented the University of Missouri in the 2018–19 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Tigers were led by ninth-year head coach Robin Pingeton. They played their games at Mizzou Arena and are members of the Southeastern Conference. They finished the season 24–11, 11–5 in SEC play to finish in fifth place. They advanced to the semifinals of the SEC women's tournament, where they lost to Mississippi State. They received an at-large to the NCAA women's tournament, where they defeated Drake in the first round before losing to Iowa in the second round. Previous season The Tigers began the 2017–18 season ranked #16 in both the AP and Coaches Polls. They finished the season 24–8, 11–5 in SEC play to finish in a four-way tie for fourth place. Robin Pingeton
Robin Renee Pingeton (née Becker; born July 9, 1968) is American Coach (basketball), basketball coach for Wisconsin Badgers women's basketball. She has previously served as head coach of St. Ambrose University#Athletics, St. Ambrose, Illinois State Redbirds women's basketball, Illinois State, and Missouri Tigers women's basketball, Missouri. Playing career College Pingeton graduated from Saint Ambrose University in 1990. She remains the school's all-time leading scorer with 2,502 points. She also earned All-America honors in both softball and basketball. WBA Pingeton played three seasons of professional basketball in the Women's basketball#Women's Basketball Association, Women's Basketball Association. Maclay School
Maclay School is an independent, non-sectarian college-preparatory school in Tallahassee, Florida. History In the late 1960s, a group of white parents raised funds to create a segregation academy in response to the federally mandated racial integration of Leon County Schools. Its working name was Capital City Day School, but this was changed before opening to Maclay School, after Alfred B.
