2018–19 Miami RedHawks Men's Basketball Team
The 2018–19 Miami RedHawks men's basketball team represented Miami University during the 2018–19 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The RedHawks, led by second-year head coach Jack Owens (basketball), Jack Owens, played their home games at Millett Hall, as members of the East Division of the Mid-American Conference. They finished the season 15–17 overall, 7–11 in MAC play to finish in fifth place in the East Division. Midway University
Midway University is a Private university, private Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Christian university in Midway, Kentucky. Related by covenant to the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), it enrolls approximately 1,900 students earning two-year and four-year degrees as well as master's degrees. Midway was the only Women's Colleges in the Southern United States, women's college in Kentucky until 2016 when it began admitting male undergraduate students. Fox Sports Networks (FSN), formerly known as Fox Sports Net, was the collective name for a group of regional sports channels in the United States. Formed in 1996 by News Corporation, the networks were acquired by the Walt Disney Company on March 20, 2019, following its acquisition of 21st Century Fox. A condition of that acquisition imposed by the U.S. Department of Justice required Disney to sell the regional networks by June 18, 2019, ninety days after the completion of its acquisition. Hinkle Fieldhouse
Hinkle Fieldhouse (named Butler Fieldhouse from 1928 until 1966) is a basketball arena on the campus of Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed in early 1928, it was the largest basketball arena in the United States until 1950. The facility was renamed Hinkle Fieldhouse in 1966 in honor of Butler's longtime coach and athletic director, Paul D. "Tony" Hinkle. It is the sixth-oldest college basketball arena still in use.
