2018–19 BYU Cougars Men's Basketball Team
The 2018–19 BYU Cougars men's basketball team represented Brigham Young University in the 2018–19 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. It was head coach Dave Rose (basketball coach), Dave Rose's 14th and final season at BYU and the Cougars eighth season as members of the West Coast Conference. The Cougars played their home games at the Marriott Center in Provo, Utah. Dave Rose (basketball)
David Jack Rose (born December 19, 1957) is an American college basketball coach and the former head coach of Brigham Young University's (BYU) men's basketball team. A graduate of Northbrook High School in Houston, Texas, Rose played two years at Dixie College in St. George, Utah, later becoming coach at the school. Rose then became co-captain of "Phi Slama Jama," the University of Houston's college basketball squad featuring Clyde Drexler and Hakeem Olajuwon that finished as national runner-up in the 1983 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament. Career Dave Rose was named the head basketball coach at BYU in 2005, replacing Steve Cleveland and began the first of eleven straight 20-win seasons in 2005-06. 2018 NBA Draft
The 2018 NBA Draft was held on June 21, 2018, at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. National Basketball Association teams took turns selecting amateur United States college basketball players and other eligible players, including international players. Borah High School
Borah High School is a three-year public secondary school in the western United States, located in Boise, Idaho. The Gonzaga Bulldogs are an intercollegiate men's basketball program representing Gonzaga University.
