Adelaide United Football Club is a professional men's Association football, soccer club located in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. The club was one of the eight founding members of the A-League Men and have competed in it concurrently since its formation, under North American professional sports league organization#Systems around the world, licence from the Australian Professional Leagues. Established in 2003, the club was formed to replace Adelaide City and West Adelaide SC, West Adelaide in the final season of the National Soccer League, and has remained the only professional club from South Australia. Scott Robert Galloway (born 25 April 1995) is an Australian professional soccer player who plays as a fullback. Galloway is currently a free agent, having most recently played for A-League club Auckland FC.
