2018 Big Ten Men's Soccer Tournament
The 2018 Big Ten Conference men's soccer tournament is the 28th edition of the Big Ten Conference Men's Soccer Tournament, tournament. It determined the Big Ten Conference's automatic berth into the 2018 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Championship. Wisconsin enters the tournament as the defending champions. The Number 1 Seeded Indiana beat the number 3 seeded Michigan in the Big Ten Tournament Championship Game 3 to 0. Indiana won its 13th Big Ten Tournament title. Seeds All nine Big Ten schools participated in the tournament. Teams were seeded by conference record, with a tiebreaker system used to seed teams with identical conference records. Grand Park (Indiana)
Grand Park Sports Campus is a sports complex located in Westfield, Indiana, about north of Indianapolis. The park features 26 baseball and softball diamonds, as well as 31 multipurpose fields for soccer, football, and lacrosse. The Grand Park Events Center features three full-sized indoor soccer fields, a restaurant, and administrative offices. The Pacers Athletic Center indoor basketball/volleyball facility opened in January 2016. Grand Park also features an abundance of green space and more than of pedestrian/bicycle trails, including the largest trailhead on the Monon Trail. The site hosted the 2016 Big Ten Conference Men's Soccer Tournament and the 2017 Big Ten Conference Women's Soccer Tournament. The Ohio State Buckeyes men's soccer team represents Ohio State University in NCAA Division I men's college soccer competitions. The team is a member of the Big Ten Conference. Ohio State has an overall record of 456–516–123 (.473) in their 68-year history. Marc Ybarra (born December 18, 1998) is an American soccer player who currently plays as a midfielder for Rhode Island FC in the USL Championship. College & Amateur career Ybarra attended Ann Arbor Skyline, but never played high school soccer for the Eagles, instead playing club soccer with Crew Soccer Academy Wolves between 2013 and 2017. Austin Panchot (born September 24, 1996) is a retired American professional soccer player. Career College Panchot played four years of college soccer at Indiana University between 2015 and 2018, making a total of 82 appearances for the Hoosiers, scoring 13 goals and tallying 9 assists.
