2018 AFL Women's Draft
The 2018 AFL Women's (AFLW) draft consisted of the various periods when the ten clubs in the Australian rules football women's competition could recruit players prior to the competition's 2019 season. As in the previous season, all player contracts are all capped at one-year deals, and all existing AFLW players must be re-signed prior to the 2019 season. Salary AFLW players salaries are managed and paid in full by the AFL on behalf of the clubs. For the 2019 season, the league and the AFLPA agreed to the AFLW's first collective bargaining agreement (CBA). Talia Radan (born 9 May 1988) is an Australian rules footballer playing for in the AFL Women's competition. She was drafted by Adelaide with their eighth selection and fifty-eighth overall in the 2016 AFL Women's draft. Christina Bernardi (born 7 June 1990) is an Australian rules footballer who has played for , , and in the AFL Women's (AFLW). In 2018, she was Collingwood's leading goalkicker and was selected in the All-Australian team. Amelia Barden
Amelia Mullane (née Barden; born 17 April 1993) is a retired Australian rules footballer who played for Collingwood and for Carlton in the AFL Women's (AFLW). Early life and state football Mullane started playing football at her school Eltham College and in 2011 joined VFLW club Diamond Creek, where she played for five years. During that time she won the 2012 VFLW premiership with Diamond Creek, under the coaching of her father, and twice won the club's best and fairest award.
