2018–19 Northern Colorado Bears Men's Basketball Team
The 2018–19 Northern Colorado Bears men's basketball team represented the University of Northern Colorado during the 2018–19 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Bears were led by third-year head coach Jeff Linder and played their home games at Bank of Colorado Arena in Greeley, Colorado as members of the Big Sky Conference. They finished the season 21–11, 15–5 in Big Sky play to finish in second place. They lost in the quarterfinals of the Big Sky tournament to Southern Utah. Previous season The Bears finished the 2017–18 season 26–12, 11–7 in Big Sky play to finish in fifth place. Jeff Linder
Jeffrey Michael Linder (born June 21, 1977) is an American college basketball coach and current men's assistant basketball coach at Texas Tech Red Raiders basketball, Texas Tech. Linder was previously an assistant coach at Emporia State Hornets basketball, Emporia State, Midland College, Midland, Weber State Wildcats men's basketball, Weber State, San Francisco Dons men's basketball, San Francisco, and Boise State Broncos men's basketball, Boise State from 2001 to 2016. From 2016 to 2020, Linder was head coach at Northern Colorado Bears men's basketball, Northern Colorado. The 2017–18 Sam Houston State Bearkats men's basketball team represented Sam Houston State University during the 2017–18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Bearkats, led by eighth-year head coach Jason Hooten, played their home games at the Bernard Johnson Coliseum in Huntsville, Texas as members of the Southland Conference. They finished the season 21–15, 12–6 in Southland play to finish in fourth place. Western Nebraska Community College (WNCC) is a public community college in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. It also has campuses in Sidney, Nebraska, and Alliance, Nebraska. Scottsbluff is a city in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska, United States, in the Great Plains region. The population was 14,436 at the 2020 census. The Regis Rangers are the athletic teams that represent Regis University, located in Denver, Colorado, in NCAA Division II intercollegiate sports. Maryville Saints
The Maryville Saints are the athletic teams that represent Maryville University of St. Louis, located in Town and Country, Missouri, in NCAA Division II intercollegiate sports. The Saints compete as members of the West Division of the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) for 23 of their 24 varsity sports. The only current exception is men's volleyball, in which it competes as a de facto Division I independent. Men's volleyball will move to the GLVC when the conference begins sponsoring that sport in the 2026 season (2025–26 school year).
