2017–18 Washington State Cougars Men's Basketball Team
The 2017–18 Washington State Cougars men's basketball team represented Washington State University during the 2017–18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The team was led by fourth-year head coach Ernie Kent. The Cougars played their home games at the Beasley Coliseum in Pullman, Washington as members in the Pac-12 Conference men's basketball, Pac-12 Conference. They finished the season 12–19, 4–14 in Pac-12 play to finish in 11th place. Henry Foss High School is an American high school in Tacoma, Washington. Named after civic leader and tugboat tycoon Henry Foss, the school first opened in 1973. Foss was the first high school in Washington state to offer the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. It now has the longest-running IB Diploma Program west of the Mississippi in the USA. North Dakota Fighting Sioux Men's Basketball
The North Dakota Fighting Hawks men's basketball team represents the University of North Dakota NCAA Division I men's basketball. The Fighting Hawks are members of the Summit League. Prior to membership in the Summit, they were members of Division II's North Central Conference and Division I's Great West Conference and Big Sky Conference. The current head coach is Paul Sather. The Fighting Hawks made their only appearance in the NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament in 2017. On July 1, 2018, the school officially joined the Summit League in all sports except for football, in which it remained a Big Sky member before joining the Missouri Valley Football Conference in 2020. Fairmont, North Carolina
Fairmont is a town in Robeson County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 2,191 at the 2020 census. History Fairmont was originally known as Ashpole in homage to the nearby Ashpole Swamp. It was incorporated as Union City in 1899, but the name was changed back to Ashpole in 1901. Six years later the name was changed to Fairmont. The first settlers to this area received land grants from the Lords Proprietors and worked in the logging and naval stores industries producing lumber, turpentine and pitch for ships.
