2017–18 Men's Volleyball Thailand League
The 2017–18 Men's Volleyball Thailand League was the 12th season of the Thai League, the top Thai professional league for association volleyball clubs, since its establishment in 2005. A total of 8 teams competed in the league. The season started on 4 September 2017. Men's Volleyball Thailand League
The Men's Volleyball Thailand League () is the top-level professional men's volleyball league in Thailand. Contested by eight clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Volleyball Pro Challenge League. Seasons run from October to March, with teams playing 14 games each. Most games are played on Saturdays and Sundays, with a few games played on weekdays. It is organized by the Thailand Volleyball Association (TVA). The league champion qualifies for the Asian Club Championship. The league is recognized by the TVA, the FIVB, and the AVC. The league maintains strong ties with international volleyball governing bodies, adhering to the rules and regulations set by the FIVB and the AVC. The Women's Volleyball Thailand League is an FIVB-accredited club league, and its teams and players are registered with the FIVB. Boon Rawd Brewery () is a Thai brewery founded in 1933 by Phraya Bhirom Bhakdi (Boonrawd Sreshthaputra). It also produces soft drinks and bottled drinking water. Their best-known product is the pale lager Singha. History Boon Rawd Brewery was the first to open in Thailand and produces its beer under the brand name of Singha. It was founded in the early 1930s by Boonrawd Sreshthaputra, who had received the title of Phraya Bhirom Bhakdi from King Prajadhipok. The brewery remains under the management of his descendants, who use Bhirom Bhakdi as their family name.
