The 2017–18 season was Exeter City F.C., Exeter City's 116th year in existence and their sixth consecutive season in EFL League Two, League Two, where they finished in fourth place. The Grecians progressed to and lost their second consecutive promotion play-off final City progressed to the third round of the FA Cup after beating 8th-tier Heybridge Swifts F.C., Heybridge Swifts in the first round, and fellow League Two side Forest Green Rovers F.C., Forest Green Rovers in a second round replay. Exeter ( ) is a City status in the United Kingdom, cathedral city and the county town of Devon in South West England. Hiram Boateng
Hiram Kojo Kwarteng Boateng (born 8 January 1996) is a British professional footballer who plays as a midfielder, most recently for club Mansfield Town. Club career Crystal Palace Born in Wandsworth, Boateng joined the academy of Crystal Palace at the age of 8. Ryan Samuel Brunt (born 26 May 1993) is an English former professional footballer who played as a forward. Career Stoke City Born in Birmingham, West Midlands, Brunt started his football career with Bristol City's youth team before joining Stoke City's academy in 2010. Brunt began well at Stoke scoring a hat trick against Walsall reserves in September 2010. However Brunt missed most of the 2010–11 season after suffering a cruciate knee ligament injury. Dean William Moxey (born 14 January 1986) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defender for club Torquay United. Moxey is a versatile player, naturally a left-back but also comfortable as a centre-back, left winger, left wing-back or left-sided striker.
