2016–17 Wake Forest Demon Deacons Women's Basketball Team
The 2016–17 Wake Forest Demon Deacons women's basketball team represented Wake Forest University during the 2016–17 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Demon Deacons, led by fifth year head coach Jen Hoover, were members of the Atlantic Coast Conference and played their home games at the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum. They finished the season 16–16, 6–10 in ACC play in ninth place. They lost in the second round of the ACC women's tournament to Virginia. Jennifer Hoover
Jennifer Hoover (; born October 12, 1969) is currently an assistant coach with the Virginia Tech Hokies women's basketball, Virginia Tech women's basketball team. Career She was previously an assistant coach with the Kentucky Wildcats women's basketball, University of Kentucky women's basketball team since her appointment on July 11, 2022. Before coaching at Kentucky, she was the head coach at Wake Forest Demon Deacons women's basketball, Wake Forest University for ten seasons prior to her dismissal two months earlier on May 11. She was succeeded by Megan Gebbia fifteen days later on May 26. She played her collegiate career at Wake Forest and is the school's leading scorer and rebounder. John McEachern High School or McEachern High School is a public high school established in 1933 in Powder Springs, Georgia, United States. It was originally established as the Seventh District Agricultural and Mechanical School. Due to its history, McEachern has an open campus, with its buildings spaced across the property. Riverdale Baptist School
Riverdale Baptist School (RBS) is a private Christian school located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, serving students from Pre-K to 12. It is located in Prince George's County, Maryland, and is accredited through Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools History Riverdale Baptist School was founded in 1971 as a daughter ministry of Riverdale Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Fitzpatrick. In its first year, RBS had an enrollment of 188 students in kindergarten through sixth grade and was renting facilities from a local Catholic school. The school expanded by purchasing 156 acres of land on Largo Road in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, in 1974.
