2016 McDonald's All-American Girls Game
The 2016 McDonald's All-American Girls Game is an All-star game, All-Star basketball game that was played on March 30, 2016, at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois, home of the Chicago Bulls. The game's rosters featured the best and most highly recruited high school girls graduating in 2016. The game is the 15th annual version of the McDonald's All-American Game first played in 2002. 2016 Game The 2016 McDonald's Game featured one of the highest scoring games in history on the girls' side. The West ultimately ended up winning by a final score of 97-88 in overtime. This was the game's first overtime in history - boys or girls. United Center
The United Center is an indoor arena on the Near West Side, Chicago, Near West Side of Chicago, Illinois. It is home to the Chicago Bulls of the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League (NHL). It is named for its corporate sponsor United Airlines. Elizabethtown High School (or EHS) is a four–year public high school located in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, United States. A part of Elizabethtown Independent Schools (EIS), it is commonly referred to as E-Town High School or EHS. Elizabethtown High School ranked #7 in the state on the 2009 spring exam. Crystal Dangerfield
Crystal Simone Dangerfield (born May 11, 1998) is an American professional basketball player who is currently a free agent. After a high school career that made her the nation's top-ranked point guard, she played college basketball for the UConn Huskies. Dangerfield was drafted in the second round of the 2020 WNBA draft by Minnesota, where she was named WNBA Rookie of the Year after leading the team in scoring. At 5'5", for the 2024 season, she is the shortest player in the WNBA (together with Olivia Époupa). The Kentucky Wildcats women's basketball team represents the University of Kentucky in the Southeastern Conference. The Wildcats have four Elite Eight appearances and seventeen appearances in the NCAA Division I women's basketball tournament. They have won the SEC women's basketball tournament, SEC tournament twice and SEC regular season championship once. The first University of Kentucky women's basketball team was organized in 1902, and competed for the first time on Feb. 21, 1903. The Baylor Bears women's basketball team represents Baylor University in Waco, Texas, in NCAA Division I women's basketball competition. They currently compete in the Big 12 Conference. Natalie Chou (born December 22, 1997) is an American professional basketball player for the Perth Redbacks of the NBL1 West. Growing up in Texas, she was named a McDonald's All-American as a high school senior in 2016. Chou played two seasons of college basketball for the Baylor Lady Bears before transferring to the UCLA Bruins. Early life Chou was born in Beaumont, Texas, to Quanli Li and Joseph Chou. Her mother played basketball for the Chinese national team before playing professionally in China. She moved to the United States in the mid-1990s with her husband when he received the opportunity to study abroad at Lamar University in Beaumont. The Maryland Terrapins women's basketball are an American basketball team. The team represents the University of Maryland in National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I competition. Riverdale Baptist School (RBS) is a private Christian school located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, serving students from Pre-K to 12. It is located in Prince George's County, Maryland, and is accredited through Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools History Riverdale Baptist School was founded in 1971 as a daughter ministry of Riverdale Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Fitzpatrick.
