2015–16 South Florida Bulls Men's Basketball Team
The 2015–16 South Florida Bulls men's basketball team represented the University of South Florida during the 2015–16 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The season marked the 45th basketball season for USF and the third as a member of the American Athletic Conference. The Bulls were coached by Orlando Antigua, who was in his second season. The Bulls played their home games at the USF Sun Dome on the university's Tampa, Florida campus. The Bulls finished the season with a record of 8–25, 4–14 in AAC play to finish in a tie for ninth place in conference. They beat East Carolina in the first round of the AAC tournament before losing to Temple in the quarterfinals. Orlando Antigua
Orlando Radhames Antigua Fernández (born February 20, 1973), nicknamed "Hurricane", is a Dominican-American basketball coach and former player who is currently the associate head coach at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He was also an assistant there from 2017 to 2021. Antigua was previously an assistant coach under John Calipari at the University of Kentucky. He is widely known as becoming the first Hispanic and the first non-black player for the Harlem Globetrotters in 52 years when he signed in 1995. After his retirement from playing professional basketball he was named an assistant coach at Pittsburgh, the University of Memphis, and the University of Kentucky. The Gonzaga Bulldogs are an intercollegiate men's basketball program representing Gonzaga University. The school competes in the West Coast Conference in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The Penn State Nittany Lions basketball team is an NCAA Division I college basketball team representing the Pennsylvania State University. They play home games at the 15,261-seat Bryce Jordan Center, moving there from Rec Hall during the 1995–96 season. Their student cheering section is known as the Legion of Blue.
