2015–16 Indiana State Sycamores Men's Basketball Team
The 2015–16 Indiana State Sycamores basketball team represented Indiana State University during the 2015–16 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Sycamores, led by sixth year head coach Greg Lansing, played their home games at the Hulman Center and were members of the Missouri Valley Conference. They finished the season 15–17, 8–10 in Missouri Valley play to finish in a tie for sixth place. They defeated Illinois State in the quarterfinals of the Missouri Valley tournament to advance to the semifinals where they lost to Evansville. Greg Lansing
Gregory A. Lansing (born December 9, 1967) is a current special assistant to the head coach at Arizona State Sun Devils men's basketball, Arizona State. An assistant and head coach at the high school and college levels since 1990, he was most recently the head men's basketball coach at Indiana State Sycamores men's basketball, Indiana State University from 2010 to 2021, having twice previously been an assistant coach at Indiana State. Originally from Harlan, Iowa, Lansing played college basketball at South Dakota Coyotes men's basketball, South Dakota and was the North Central Conference Defensive Player of the Year as a senior in 1990. After two years as a graduate assistant there, Lansing was an assistant coach at South Dakota from 1992 to 1993. Vincennes University
Vincennes University (VU) is a public college with its main campus in Vincennes, Indiana, United States. Founded in 1801 as Jefferson Academy, VU is the oldest public institution of higher learning in Indiana. Rochelle, Illinois
Rochelle is a city in Ogle and Lee counties, Illinois, United States. The population was 9,446 at the 2020 census. Rochelle is approximately west of Chicago and south of Rockford. History Originally named "Lane", the town sits at the intersection of two rail lines, the Burlington Northern Santa Fe and the Union Pacific. Having a number of granaries holding corn, wheat and other crops for shipping eastward, the town was an important rail link for farmers. After World War II, Rochelle grew, becoming a center for Swift Meat Packing and Del Monte canned vegetables such as asparagus, corn, green beans, and peas. Howard College
Howard College is a public community college with its main campus in Big Spring, Texas. It also has branch campuses in San Angelo and Lamesa. History Howard County Junior College was established in Big Spring in 1945. 148 students began lessons in September 1946, in the hospital wing of the former Big Spring Army Air Force Bombardier School (later Webb Air Force Base). Five years later the school moved to a site in southeast Big Spring which came to include an administration-classroom-library building, a practical-arts building, a greenhouse, a music building, dormitories, and a 10,000-seat stadium. Bussum () is a commuter town and former municipality in the Gooi region in the south east of the province of North Holland in the Netherlands near Hilversum.
