2015–16 Furman Paladins Men's Basketball Team
The 2015–16 Furman Paladins men's basketball team represented Furman University during the 2015–16 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Paladins, led by third year head coach Niko Medved, played their home games at Timmons Arena and were members of the Southern Conference. They finished the season 19–16, 11–7 in SoCon play to finish in a tie for third place. They defeated UNC Greensboro to advance to the semifinals of the SoCon tournament where they lost to East Tennessee State. They were invited to the CollegeInsider.com Tournament where they defeated Louisiana–Monroe in the first round to advance to the second round where they lost to Louisiana–Lafayette. Niko Medved
Niko Medved (born August 10, 1973) is an American college basketball coach, currently the head men's basketball coach at the University of Minnesota. Prior to becoming head coach at Minnesota, he was head coach at Colorado State University, Drake University and Furman. Early life and education Born in Minneapolis, Medved graduated from Roseville Area High School in nearby Roseville, Minnesota in 1992. In high school, Medved was a letterwinner in basketball and golf. He is a 1997 graduate of the University of Minnesota. Assistant coach Medved was an assistant coach at Furman from 1999 to 2006. He spent a year as assistant at his alma mater, Minnesota, under Dan Monson (who resigned mid-season) and Jim Molinari. Medved then enjoyed success as an assistant coach at Colorado State under Tim Miles. Loris, South Carolina
Loris is a city in Horry County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 2,396 at the 2010 census, up from 2,079 in 2000. History Loris was founded on December 7, 1887, as a railroad town, originally serving the Wilmington, Chadbourn, and Conway Railroad. Loris was later incorporated on July 26, 1902. The first brick building, which housed the Bank of Loris, opened in 1907. Telephone lines to Conway were first used in 1909. Kris Acox
The kris or is a Javanese asymmetrical dagger with a distinctive blade-patterning achieved through alternating laminations of iron and nickelous iron (''pamor''). Covington, Georgia

Stephen Croone
Stephen Croone (born July 19, 1994) is an American professional basketball player for BC Titebi of the Georgian Superliga. He played college basketball for Furman. High school career Croone attended Newton High School (Georgia). His junior season, he led Newton to a 26–5 mark and a region championship while averaging 11 points per game. As a senior, he led Region 2-AAAAA in scoring, at 20.8 points, while also averaging 3.8 assists, 3.6 rebounds and 2.3 steals per game. He guided Newton to a 19–7 record, region runner-up finish and state playoff appearance.
