2015–16 Borussia Dortmund Season
The 2015–16 Borussia Dortmund season was the 105th season (and 106th overall year) in the football club's history and 40th consecutive and 49th overall season in the top flight of German football, the Bundesliga, having been promoted from the 2. Bundesliga in 1976. In addition to the domestic league, Borussia Dortmund also participated in this season's editions of the domestic cup, the DFB-Pokal, and the second-tier continental cup, the UEFA Europa League. This was the 43rd season for the club in the Westfalenstadion, located in Dortmund, Germany. The stadium had a capacity of 81,359 for Bundesliga matches, and a capacity of 65,851 for continental matches. The season covered a period from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016. Kawasaki Frontale
is a Japanese professional football club based in Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, south of Tokyo. The club currently compete in the J1 League, which is the top tier of football in the country. Jürgen Norbert Klopp (; born 16 June 1967) is a German football executive and former Manager (association football), manager and Football player, player. 2014–15 DFB-Pokal
The 2014–15 DFB-Pokal was the 72nd season of the annual German football cup competition. It began on 15 August 2014 with the first of six rounds and ended on 30 May 2015 with the final at the Olympiastadion in Berlin. Bayern Munich was the two-time defending champions, having defeated Borussia Dortmund in the 2014 final, but were knocked out in the semi-finals by the same team in a penalty shootout. The Franz Beckenbauer Supercup or ''German Super Cup'' is a one-off association football, football match in Germany that features the winners of the Bundesliga championship and the DFB-Pokal. The competition is run by the Deutsche Fußball Liga (English: German Football League). Sebastian Walter Kehl (; born 13 February 1980) is a German former professional association football, footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. He is currently the Sporting director, Sporting Director of Borussia Dortmund. He amassed Bundesliga totals of 314 games and 24 goals over the course of 15 seasons, representing in the competition SC Freiburg and Borussia Dortmund.
