UEC European Champion Jersey
The UEC European Champion jersey is the distinctive, identifiable cycling jersey, jersey that the winner of a bicycle racing, bicycle race receives at European Cycling Championships organized by the Union Européenne de Cyclisme, European Cycling Union (UEC), such as the European Road Championships and the European Track Championships. The jersey is predominantly blue with gold European stars. Sara Ferrara (born 24 July 1995) is a track cyclist from Finland. She was born in Monterrey, Mexico to a Mexican father and a Finnish mother. Sara Ferrara began her cycling career representing Mexico as a Junior. Josie Knight (born 29 March 1997) is an English professional Cycle sport, racing cyclist who has at various stages represented Ireland, Great Britain and England. Born in Buckinghamshire in England, her family moved to Dingle, Co. Kerry in Ireland during her early infancy. Josie competed for Ireland prior to 2018, winning silver with the Irish team in the European Junior Championships in team pursuit in Anadia, Portugal.
