2015 Rogers Cup – Men's Singles
Andy Murray defeated Novak Djokovic in the final, 6–4, 4–6, 6–3, to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2015 Canadian Open. It was Murray's first win against Djokovic since the 2013 Wimbledon final, having lost eight consecutive matches to him in that span. Grigor Dimitrov Dimitrov (, ; born 16 May 1991) is a Bulgarian professional tennis player. Donald Oliver Young Jr. (born July 23, 1989) is an American professional pickleball player with the American PPA Tour and Major League Pickleball, and also a former professional tennis player. Lukáš Rosol (; born 24 July 1985) is a Czech former professional tennis player. His career-high singles ranking is world No. 26, achieved on 22 September 2014. His first notable victory was against world No. 8, Jürgen Melzer, at the 2011 French Open, whom he defeated in five sets in the second round a year after Melzer had reached the semifinal. A year later, Rosol defeated world No. 2, Rafael Nadal, in the second round of Wimbledon to achieve one of the biggest wins in his career. Alexandr Oleksandrovych Dolgopolov (born 7 November 1988), formerly known as Oleksandr Dolgopolov Jr., is a Ukrainian retired professional tennis player.
