2015 Men's Oceania Cup
The 2015 Men's Oceania Cup was the ninth edition of the men's field hockey tournament. It was held from 21 to 25 October in Stratford, New Zealand, Stratford. The tournament served as a qualifier for the 2016 Summer Olympics. Australia men's national field hockey team, Australia won the tournament for the ninth time, defeating New Zealand women's national field hockey team, New Zealand 3–2 in the final. Trent Mitton
Trent Grant Mitton (born 26 November 1990) is an Australian field hockey player who plays for the WA Thundersticks and the Kookaburras. Mitton is a striker. Mitton first joined the Australian team as part of the 19-member Champions Trophy squad at the 2010 Men's Hockey Champions Trophy in Mönchengladbach, Germany. He is part of the Australian team at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in New Delhi. His father is Grant Mitton who represented Australia at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles and his grandfather is Don Mitton who did likewise in New Zealand in 1958. Hugo Inglis (born 18 January 1991) is a New Zealand field hockey player who plays as a forward for the New Zealand national team. He played for the Southern Dogs in the New Zealand Hockey League and he played in Europe for SCHC, Braxgata and currently Rotterdam. He also represented the Uttar Pradesh Wizards in the Hockey India League. Club career Inglis started playing hockey when he was five and he joined his local hockey club the Southern Dogs.
