2014–15 Princeton Tigers Women's Basketball Team
The 2014–15 Princeton Tigers women's basketball team represented Princeton University during the 2014–15 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Tigers, led by eighth year head coach Courtney Banghart, played their home games at Jadwin Gymnasium and were members of the Ivy League. The Tigers finished the season 31–1, 14–0 to win the Ivy League regular season title, earning an automatic trip to the 2015 NCAA Division I women's basketball tournament in which they lost to Maryland in the second round. The Tigers' No. 13 ranking in both the Associated Press Top-25 and USA Today Coaches polls are the highest in Ivy League history. Courtney Banghart
Courtney Rosholt Banghart (born May 11, 1978) is an American basketball coach who is currently the head women's basketball coach at North Carolina Tar Heels women's basketball, North Carolina. Prior to North Carolina, she served as head coach at Princeton Tigers women's basketball, Princeton from 2007 to 2019. Playing career Born in Manchester, New Hampshire, Banghart graduated from Souhegan High School in Amherst, New Hampshire and Dartmouth College, also in New Hampshire. As a guard (basketball), guard, Banghart played for Dartmouth from 1996 to 2000, including the Dartmouth teams that won the 1999 and 2000 Ivy League titles. She holds Dartmouth records for three-pointers in a game, season, and career. The 2014–15 American Eagles women's basketball team represented American University during the 2014–15 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Eagles, led by second year head coach Megan Gebbia, played their home games at Bender Arena and were members of the Patriot League. UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse, originally known as A.J. Palumbo Center, is a 3,500-seat multi-purpose arena in the Uptown area of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The 2014–15 Duquesne Dukes women's basketball team represented Duquesne University during the 2014–15 college basketball season. The Petersen Events Center (more commonly known as "The Pete") is a 12,508-seat multi-purpose arena on the campus of the University of Pittsburgh in the Oakland neighborhood. Megan Griffith
Megan Griffith (born September 4, 1985) is an American college basketball coach and current head coach of the Columbia Lions women's basketball team. Since joining Columbia in 2016, Griffith has built up the program and led the Lions to the winningest stretch in the program's NCAA Division I history. She is the all-time winningest coach in program history. Griffith coached the team to its first regular season Ivy League title in 2023.
