2014–15 Czech Women's First League
The 2014–15 Czech Women's First League is the 22nd season of the Czech Republic's top-tier football league for women. Slavia Praha were the defending champions. The championship was won by Slavia for the fourth time, and the second time since 2004. Format The eight teams will play each other twice for a total of 14 matches per team. After that the top four teams will play a championship round for another six matches per team. The bottom placed four teams play the relegation round. Points accumulated after the regular season are halved and added the points from the next round. The champion qualify for the UEFA Women's Champions League. Away Goals Rule
The away goals rule is a method of tiebreaking in association football and other sports when teams play each other twice, once at each team's home ground. Under the away goals rule, if the total goals scored by each team are equal, the team that has scored more goals " away from home" wins the tiebreaker. This is sometimes expressed by saying that away goals "count double" in the event of a tie, though in practice the team with more away goals is simply recorded as the victor, rather than having additional or 'double' goals added to their total. The away goals rule is most often invoked in two-leg fixtures, where the initial result is determined by the aggregate score — i.e. the scores of both games are added together. Simona Necidová (born 20 January 1994) is a Czech football defender who played for Czech First Division club Slavia Prague and the Czech Republic national team. Her elder brother Tomáš Necid is also an international footballer. Club career Necidová joined Slavia Prague in 2007 and broke into the first team during the 2011–12 season.
