2014–15 Cal Poly Mustangs Men's Basketball Team
The 2014–15 Cal Poly Mustangs men's basketball team represented California Polytechnic State University during the 2014–15 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Mustangs were led by sixth year head coach Joe Callero and played their home games at Mott Gym. They finished the season 13–16, 6–10 in Big West play to finish in seventh place. They lost in the quarterfinals of the Big West tournament to UC Santa Barbara. Joe Callero
Joseph Dominic Callero (born August 26, 1962) is an American college basketball coach, most recently the head men's basketball coach at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly). He replaced outgoing coach Kevin Bromley in 2009. Prior to accepting the job at Cal Poly, Callero spent eight seasons as the head coach at Seattle University. Haas Pavilion
The Walter A. Haas Jr. Pavilion is an indoor arena on the campus of the University of California in Berkeley. It is the home venue of the Golden Bears men's and women's basketball, women's volleyball, and men's and women's gymnastics teams. The arena is located in the middle of the main sports complex, overlooking Evans Diamond (baseball) and Edwards Stadium (track/soccer). 2014–15 California Golden Bears Men's Basketball Team
The 2014–15 California Golden Bears men's basketball team represented the University of California, Berkeley in the 2014–15 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. This was Cuonzo Martin's first year as head coach at California. The Golden Bears played their home games at Haas Pavilion as members of the Pac-12 Conference. They finished the season 18–15, 7–11 in Pac-12 play to finish in a three-way tie for eighth place. They advanced to the quarterfinals of the Pac-12 tournament where they lost to Arizona.
