2014 Superclásico De Las Américas
The 2014 Superclásico de las Américas – Copa Doctor Nicolás Leoz was the 3rd edition of the Superclásico de las Américas, an annual friendly football match between the national teams of Argentina and Brazil. The match was played at Beijing National Stadium in Beijing, China. This was the first time the competition had taken place on foreign soil. It was also the time players outside the two countries' domestic competitions were allowed to participate as opposed to the original formant of only South America-based players being eligible to compete. Brazil won 2–0 with both goals scored by Diego Tardelli, while Argentina's Lionel Messi had a penalty saved by goalkeeper Jefferson. Danilo (footballer, Born July 1991)
Danilo Luiz da Silva (born 15 July 1991), known as Danilo, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back or right-back for Campeonato Brasileiro Série A club Flamengo and the Brazil national team. Danilo began his career with América Mineiro before moving to Santos, where he scored the goal that won the 2011 Copa Libertadores. In January 2012, he moved to Portuguese club Porto, where he won consecutive Primeira Liga titles. In 2015, he joined Real Madrid following a €31.5 million transfer fee. Sergio Germán "Chiquito" Romero (; born 22 February 1987) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Boca Juniors. Romero made his debut with Racing Club in the Argentine Primera División in 2007 and then transferred to Dutch club AZ Alkmaar at the end of the season. Carlos Caetano Bledorn Verri (born 31 October 1963), known as Dunga (), is a Brazilian football manager and former professional player who played as a defensive midfielder.
